Credit Controller (part time)

Location – South Manchester

Salary – up to £25,000 (full time equivalent)

About the company:

A well-established IT support & services business based in South Manchester, with a well-established team.

Responsibilities include:
• debtor reports and review meetings with the Financial Controller
• procedures for all billing cycles and proactively plan for effective credit control
• call with new clients explaining payment terms and DD process for monthly support billings
• checking new and existing clients
• first class process across the credit control function
• Receipts forecasting - Rolling 13 weeks
• and ensure a smooth credit collection process, including proactive processes.

• strong internal and external relationships
• and matching daily income onto Customer Accounts in accounting software

Skills/Qualifications required:
• Previous credit control experience
• Previous experience using a finance system (ideally Sage Line 50)
