We are a traditional family GP practice where continuity of care, friendly relationships with our patients and ease of access to services are our priorities.

We need a flexible creative individual who is able to take on any role in practice nursing and be prepared to get their sleeves rolled-up if needed.

Our long standing practice nurse is retiring after 18 years and we are seeking a part time replacement to join our experienced nursing team. The role includes long-term condition management, cytology, vaccinations, health screening and health promotion.

Experience of working in General Practice is preferred and ideally a prescribing qualification would be useful. The role is offered at a minimum of 15 hours a week worked over 2 two or three days.
