We seek a Deputy Manager with Learning Disabilities (LD) expertise, dedicated to maintaining superior care standards for children and young individuals.
• Are you motivated, determined and resilient?
• Are you flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations?
• Do you have a Level 3 in Residential childcare in an LD Home?
• Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding
• Experience of working within an LD children’s home
• Do you want to help the children and young people in our care to fulfill their potential?

If you can answer yes to those questions and would like to work with an experienced Registered Manager with over 10 years’ experience, committed, well trained and supported team, we would love to hear from you. The Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home and over time will be given the opportunity to step up to an RM role.
