Kent Community Health Foundation Trust Community Learning Disability Service provides a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting people with a learning disability to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.

We are currently looking for a band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our local friendly and innovative team in South Kent Coast & Thanet.

The post will involve a range of community, office and home-based working both with people with a learning disability and the people within their circle of support. We are a close and supportive team who work together to aim to deliver excellent outcome-based quality care.
