Job description:
We are recruiting for a Renewals Administrator for a six month fixed term contract to join our friendly team within Professional Services. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the renewals process for various contracts and service agreements. The main responsibility of the Renewals Administrator will be to ensure the timely renewal of contracts, maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Your Day-to-Day
Proactively monitor contract renewal dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.
Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and approvals for contract renewals.
Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, including renewal dates, terms, and pricing details.
