The School and Role

The school caters for children with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition, additionally supporting Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs associated with this primary diagnosis. The school provides a supportive and nurturing environment, focusing on the holistic development of their students. Many students will have had adverse experiences within mainstream settings, the schools therapeutic approach creates a safe environment for students to grow in confidence.

Your role within the school will be to work on a one-to-one basis with students, you will be using positive reinforcement and a personalised approach to develop their academic and social skills.
