They also oversee the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain high standards of food safety, while supporting senior kitchen team members and training junior members. Fully engaging in the estate and all its offerings, they play a crucial role in creating delicious food for our events, day visitors, and ecommerce business, as well as preparing key items such as stocks, compotes and chutneys for use in our restaurants.
