I am currently recruiting an administrator to join the finance team for my client. There are 8 other administrators within the team. The role is available due to maternity cover and the business is based in Blackpool.
Your new role
• Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
• Handling and organising documents, paperwork and files.
• Processing expenses.
• Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
• Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
• Dealing with suppliers, ordering and managing stock.
• Completing any ad-hoc project work as and when required.
What You'll Need To Succeed
• Previous experience within an Administration-based role.
• A team player, due to this being a large team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-organised.
• Flexible approach and a problem-solving attitude.
