Hays have been working with a primary school located in Blackpool for a number of years. We have supplied both teachers and TAs to this school on a regular basis. They are now looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis. This role will be working on a full-time basis and will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a little boy in year 1 with mild SEN needs. He is struggling academically, particularly with his writing.
