Job summary

We're seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join our People Directorate, working within our Workforce Planning team.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll assist the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and the wider People Directorate Leadership Team in driving forward key workforce projects and initiatives. From setting up and maintaining project documentation to delivering training and liaising with stakeholders, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our workforce planning and transformation efforts.

You will provide vital support to our major workforce transformation programmes, including our Slough Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) and aspects of our People Strategy.
