If you have at least 1 year of kitchen experience and are looking to formally learn and qualify as a chef this opportunity will give you all-round experience and the qualification of

Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship taking you to

more senior roles as a Chef de Partie level 3 either with us or elsewhere.
Job tasks:
Prepping ingredients and components for our menu
Cooking and serving modern British classics.
Ensuring the kitchen follows all health and safety requirements
Helping the rest of the team with daily cleaning tasks such as dishwashing and clean stations
Training:
Weekly attendance at Chichester Catering College during term-time - one full day every week from September 2024 (additional attendance may also be required for English and Maths) as well as occasional attendance at college forworkshops and revision
