Acts as Change Manager. Derives and implements Lean strategy, policies, standards and guidelines and continuously initiates, supports and coaches crossfunctional Lean Activities and structural optimizations to support the operational business of the organization assigned.
• Derives and implements Lean strategy, guidelines and methodologies to achieve sustainable Lean implementation.
• Consults/ coaches BU Senior Management on Lean topics, for all steps and aspects of the respective business value chain.
