Gay Lea Foods is looking for a Production Manager to join our Bothwell facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will oversee and direct the safe and efficient manufacturing, processing and the packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations with regards to efficiencies, production volumes and KPIs with a safety and food quality mindset.
Foster and maintain a positive culture by ensuring all employees are treated with respect, complaints are dealt with in a timely manner and employees are communicated with openly.
