The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of a lawyer in a busy solicitor's practice in Penticton, BC. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately, will create document packages, will take trips to the banks, and file all correspondence and documents in our software platforms.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to lawyer
• Handle communication with clients
• Produce legal documents and perform registrations on various software platforms
• Bank visits for deposits
