Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager to lead the way for a HVAC Manufacturing client during their business transformation journey! As a strategic change navigator, you will coordinate and execute high-impact change management initiatives, working closely with the Program Management Team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the success integration of people, processes, and technological changes, ensuring the adoption of innovative practices.

Must Haves:
• 5+ years experience as a Change Manager
• PROSCI certified
• Completed large implementation or transformation projects in the past
• Ability to build, manage and facilitate the execution of change management plans to support the people side of business transformations
• Experience working within a unionized environment and has managed front line workers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
