Specific administrative tasks related to the customer administration such as updating and monitoring the customer management system on a daily and periodical basis.
Specific administrative tasks related to Accounts receivable and credit collection.
As Administration Officer, you report directly to the managers.
# Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch and French (minimum C1 level); German or other languages are an additional asset.
• Experience with supply chain management is an asset.
Depending on which form of cooperation (employment contract or kind of agreement), an appropriate remuneration.
A dynamic and multi-cultural team of currently 7 colleagues in Brussels and 5 colleagues located around Europe.
Many local, European, and international contacts.
The office is located in Brussels. However, the function requires some flexibility towards travelling or flexible office.
