As Freelance HR Responsible / HRBP BeNeFra, you will cover the following :
• Represent HR as the leader
• Manage all HR operations in the region
• End responsibility for Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent
• Headcount planning with line managers
• Performance management with line managers
• Organizational Design
• Reorganisation in Belgium
• Work Council in France
• Advice and coach management
• Ensure compliance with local legislation's
• Drive transformation and innovation

The Successful Applicant

Freelance HR Responsible / HRBP BeNeFra
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR
• Experience in Change Management
• Knowledge and the local Belgian and French social legislation
