We are looking for an Office Manager for an international company in Brussels.

What does the client offer?
• Interim contract leading to a permanent contract
• Full-time position
• Attractive salary ranging from 2800€ to 3500€ gross depending on experience
• Meal vouchers & reimbursement of travel costs

What are your tasks?
• Reception, welcome guest
• Booking of travels
• Support the office staff when needed
• Post and mailings
• Preparation of meeting logistics, including lunches and supporting visitors
• Registration to EU meeting panels
• Preparation and formatting of documents
• Technical support (office machines + meeting rooms)
• Support to Head of Administration

Which profile are we looking?
• You have a similar job experience
• You master English - French and/or Dutch is an asset
• You have a good command of Ms Office
