What does your job as a Data Analyst Insurance look like?
• You'll develop and maintain commercial BI dashboards to regularly follow-up on sales performance, penetration within banking portfolio, cross-selling with key banking products, . Dashboards and insights will be used by the management teams of ING and NN to steer the business.
• You'll work closely together with the ING's Tribe Insurance Data Analyst to support the business teams. Together you'll do ad-hoc analysis and generate key insights to support sales, retention programs and customer journey development.
• Based on business needs and your own insights, you'll develop requirements to capture and structure data which is currently not exploitable.
