The Rig Administrator is the designated “person in charge” to provide administrative support to the OIM and Rig Safety Training Officer in maintenance of onboard Safety programs and systems. He shall also provide support to the Client as and when required.

Key Responsibilities (Ongoing duties and tasks):

Includes, but is not limited to and not in order of priority:
• Coordinate movement of personnel to and from the Rig by making helicopter reservations in advance for people leaving the Rig; obtaining weights of personnel, baggage, and/or equipment; relaying the information to the helicopter dispatcher; preparing a dispatch manifest for all helicopter flights and making.
• Coordinate personnel on board the Rig through distribution of T-cards (life boat assignments) and room door cards to all personnel.
