Responsibility:
• Accountable to provide training, resources, guidance, support, and coaching to the line structure within the plants.
• Ensure all lines in all plants are not constrained due to the lack of manufacturing excellence related knowledge.
• Be able to set up knowledge transfer platform to deploy to all manufacturing initiatives to onboarding line lead member.
• Implement Tools standard on the shop-floor at Upcountry Plant.
• Participate in problem solving sessions to conclude the reasons for performance and underperformance of the line.
• Develop coaching and trainings to maintain and operate the integrity of the machinery data recording, including data analytics of line losses and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Deploy new technologies capability building to improve manufacturing process.
• Leading Manufacturing Capability Team, establish training master plan for manufacturing, Utilizing system and training methodology to build people’s capability.
