The MPD R&M Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all repair and maintenance activities and personnel within the workshop facility The R&M supervisor plays a key role in ensuring equipment preparation is completed in a timely manner, safely and in full compliance with Weatherford OEPS, quality, OEM and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily workshop toolbox and safety briefings. Allocate daily and weekly tasks for the entire R&M team.
• Responsible to ensure all OEPS quality requirements, technical work instructions are current, available and followed by the R&M team.
• Compile post rental repair/inspection costs on SRC. Discuss and finalize with Operation manager prior to notifying customers.
• Responsible for allocation of personnel and delegation of tasks to ensure project equipment maintenance testing and inspection is completed in line with project deadlines.
