We are seeking a Clothing Textile Factory Manager for a permanent vacancy in Maseru. Our client is a well-established clothing company that specializes in manufacturing protective clothing for a variety of industries. They are seeking a professional production manager/factory manager who can manage a production floor of 900 people and will be able to contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Requirements:
• Business Management / Operations Management experience or relevant degree
• 8+ years experience in a similar role and industry (textile / clothing)
• Leadership, motivational and decision-making skills are critical
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to build a winning team and mentor staff
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and met deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Project management skills advantageous
