This position provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the manager, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.

Job Requirements:
• Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and 6 months administrative experience in an office environment; OR One year of administrative experience in an office environment.
• Administrative experience must include the following:
• Experience using various computer applications and data bases for word processing,
• Experience working with spreadsheets.
• Experience with data entry.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preference may be given to applicants with:
• Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and video conferencing.
• Experience with the CLIFF tracking system, EApprovals, and ARCS/ORCS records management policies... More Detail
