To support in maximizing the company’s sales and profitability to make sure that branch stock availability is carried out efficiently and products supplied in full and in time.Work closely with sales to define monthly forecast using sales inputs and generates historical data.Carry out all the department’s communication and follow up.Lead forecasting process regarding accuracy and timing.Reviews actual demand versus forecast based on month-end data.Analyses and follows up outstanding customer orders, inventory deviations from targets, non-saleable and maximum shelf life period (MSP) stocks and on-time/late shipments.Monitor FCA and make sure follow up monthly sales.Prepare for SOP meeting and being part of decision maker.Monthly monitoring on stock, alerting expired and damaged items, send action list to HO.Maintain MSL in store according to agreed terms.Follow up on the shipping schedule from the suppliers to monitor the order status.Issue alerts on order receiving dates to update...
