SENIOR SOUS CHEF – ZULULAND – R15000 to R20000 Live in

Urgently recruiting for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF for a Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Zululand.

Requirements:

· Qualification in Culinary Art

· Must have 5* A la Carte experience and exceptional plating skills

· Lodge experience a definite

· At least 5 to 8 years’ Cheffing experience

· Must be able to work 21 days on 7 days off rotation
