5* Property is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong F&B background and sound management skills. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Must live locally.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with managing staff members
• Disciplinary procedures
• Uphold Team Spirit
• Uphold and implement policies, procedures, regulations and standards
• Guest satisfaction - Ensuring guests are satisfied at all times and in all aspects

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Hospitality Management qualification preferable
• 3 years Management experience gained in an upmarket F&B environment
• Good HR/IR knowledge
• Highly presentable
• Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven exceptional track record of guest interaction and service recovery
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays and late shifts and travel
• Own transport
