Marewa Surgery Skin Clinic, Napier’s only dedicated skin cancer clinic is looking for an experienced practice/office manager to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, alongside our clinical leadership team.
The clinic is a purpose built facility, offering a wide range of skin cancer assessment and treatments, and has four Doctors, six Registered Nurses and four receptionists.
The practice/office manager will assume responsibility for the day to day running of the clinic, including supporting our reception team, staff rostering & leave management, ordering of supplies, adherence to clinical equipment maintenance schedule, performance reviews for administrative staff, working with health insurance companies, payroll management, IT system management, and maintaining external audit standards.
