Role Description
• Ensure timeous and effective transportation of passengers to and from the aircraft.
• Ensure that all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.
• Oversee and maintain Ramp procedures in conjunction with Menzies Aviation operating standards.
• Liaise with Airline customers, maintaining a proactive relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Report any defects to the workshop and complete the daily tasks.
• Ensure that the bus used is serviceable and clean before use.
