Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Site Manager is to ensure that the Filling Station operates in a safe and compliant manner. Amongst other specific responsibilities, the following are highlighted:
• Management of health, safety and environmental compliance
• Leading, training and developing the staff complement of 40 employees
• Providing superior customer service in line with franchisor expectations
• Generally ensuring compliance with franchise agreement, regulations and operating standards
• Growing the business through optimisation of the convenience store and acquisition of new business customers especially heavy goods transporters and passengers transporters

Experience & Qualification
• 5 years experience managing a petrol station
• Tertiary qualification will be a strong advantage
• Computer literacy
