A glass packaging Company situated in Maxmead, Pinetown (KZN) in s seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Person to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall growth of the Company
• Proactively reach out to clients or potential clients via phone, email and other communication channels
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Collaborate with the team
• Processing orders accurately and timeously
• Dealing with client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Produce accurate quotations and follow up
• Attend to all administration duties
