Background:
• We are seeking an Architectural Technologist or Diploma equivalent candidate for an interior architecture and layout studio role combining work in the interior design of commercial and hospitality projects.

Role:
• A thorough knowledge of on-site projects and technical documentation will be expected. Proof of experience will be a requirement.
• The individual need to be comfortable with designing and problem-solving pertaining to Architectural structures as well as interior detailing (e.g., joinery, finishes, etc). Be able to check and write project specific specifications.
• The individual needs to be capable of performing condition assessments.
• The individual will be expected to work and perform under strict deadlines and be comfortable to pace workflow to meet deadlines to the highest expected standard.
• The individual needs to be able to work under pressure and without supervision with the ability to meet target deadlines.
