Our client is looking to addto their very experienced commercial team a QuantitySurveyor.

The ideal candidate willhave experience in Facades Curtain Wallin g or Glazing experiencethis would be a strong advantage however not desired as this rolewill offer lots of learning anddevelopment.

With a turnover of almost50 million Plus and an exceptional order book for the next 12months our client will offer the successful candidate exposure tosome very highend bespokeprojects.

Quantity SurveyorResponsibilities :
• Managewith final accounts
• Pricingvariations
• Producing BOQs
• Assessing subcontractorworks
• Procurement
• Processinginvoices

QuantitySurveyor KeyExperience :
• Constructionproject knowledge (Facades / GlazingAdvantageous)
• Knowledge andunderstanding of variouspackages
• Ability to ensure projectsare profitable and on parr withbudgets
