Perutnina Ptuj invites a new colleague to join our team as a Process Analyst (m/f). Your main tasks will be to develop the company's process management culture, define business process management methodologies, and improve existing processes.

Your day-to-day challenges would include:

- Developing the company's process management culture by providing training,

- defining BPM methodologies and business process models (process hierarchy and process owners),

- assessing existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement,

- analyzing data and documentation to better understand processes and develop an optimization strategy,

- working with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on process improvement initiatives,
