What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:
• Utilize accurate and detailed job descriptions as search criteria to find qualified candidates.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn to advertise and attract candidates who fit the job description criteria.
• Source and recruit candidates by using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to gain interest and receive resumes.
• Filter and submit candidate resumes for open positions.
• Perform in-depth screens with candidates and ensure they can communicate well and are both a technical fit and a cultural fit for open positions.
• Meet weekly KPIs and successfully place candidates in open positions (This means candidates have accepted an offer and have cleared background with a start date)
