The EUAF region in Fugro is transforming to achieve even greater growth and has a deep commitment to the learning and development of our employees. As a key player in the EUAF HR management team (HRMT), and reporting to the Head of HR EUAF, with a functional line to the Global head of Learning, you will be responsible for the regional learning function and will serve as a strategic advisor to proactively investigate learning business needs. You collaborate with regional senior management, regional HRMT and the Global Learning Advisors to help implement learning programs through communication and marketing. You implement global solutions and initiatives in the regional as well as act as a learning champion and change agent for a strong learning culture.

We are looking for a hands on, inclusive and collaborative leader, who is passionate about people development and enjoys designing fit for purpose strategies as well as implementing regional and global programs.
