HCC is looking to appoint a Market Development Lead to oversee an integrated and proactive approach to engagement with processors and exporters, building influencing relationships and ensuring a unified Market Development approach for Welsh red meat brands across UK Foodservice and Export Markets, thereby maximising trade opportunities for red meat from Wales.
