ROONEY FAMILY LAW

Rooney Family Law (Based in Scotland) is looking for a solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. You must have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in family law and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in family law. You must be able to hit the ground running and require minimal input/supervision as you will be assuming an existing caseload as well as dealing with new enquiries.

You will deal with a broad range of family law cases, including Residence, Contact, Adoption, Divorce, Cohabitation, and Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements. You will deal with a mix of litigated and non-litigated cases (currently, around 20% of our cases are litigated). You must have litigation experience and a keen eye for attention to detail when it comes to pleadings. All work is private fee-paying as we do not offer Legal Aid.
