Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide assistance and care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Must be able to drive as located in Bridge of weir*

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Administer medication following prescribed schedules
- Support with light housekeeping duties
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Skills:

- 6 months minimum experience of Support work in the UK
- Knowledge of varying learning disabilities
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Background in nursing home, assisted living, or home care settings
