We are seeking an established, enthusiastic sales person to join the team as an ARO Advisor who will be providing Landlords with a 'Year's Rent Upfront' on a Nationwide basis for tenanted and vacant properties.

Responsibilities:
• Speaking to professional Landlord's on a daily basis.
• Qualifying Landlords and their properties for our unique service.
• Incoming and outgoing calls.
• Upselling Current Landlords.
• Speaking directly to Landlords through enquiries they have made.
• Booking valuations.

What we're looking for:
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated.
• Hard Working.
• Pro active making outbound calls.
• Confident personality.
• Self Motivated.
• Target Driven.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Lettings, Sales or Recruitment (1x Year experience is Preferred)
