We are looking for an Architectural Technologist/design coordinator/design manager with a strong architectural background, to support our Modular building manufacturing facility in Northampton.

Must have experienced running multiple projects, and the ability to provide architectural design input, and be proficient in Revit.

Other roles include project planning, maintenance of filing systems, BIM, maintenance of technical accreditations, compliance with quality management systems, coordination between external consultants, our in-house design team and the factory production team.

Must have min 3 years’ experience working in a UK practice or design office and fully conversant with the UK Building regulations.

Salary £37-45k

Must live within commuting distance to Northampton and the position is mainly office based. More Detail
