Housing Officer

A Driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to travel to services within Middlesborough.

Minimum 2 years experience of support work and housing required.

Salary £23, 000 pa

Relevant building maintenance experience

A sound understanding of the main Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Create and maintain working relationships with residents, colleagues and visiting contractors
