Role: Programme Support Assistant

Location: Onsite, Brussels , Belgium

Contract role until end of Dec 2024

Must have security clearance to SC /DV or NATO levels
• Support Neo eProcurement external users (Suppliers) on NeoService Desk (JIRA ticketing tool) under minimal or no supervision
• Support NCI Agency Master Data Management Team in theirdaily work (for example and not limited to: Neo registration of Suppliers; master data entries and modifications in EBA)
• First line functional support for Acquisition users of EBA,resolving day-to-day operational problems in support of EBA Business Support Office (BSO);
• Liaise with Second Line support (IT) to document functionalrequirements/errors of EBA through EBA BSO;
• Design and develop reports and dashboards, provide accesscontrol to Business Intelligence users, and provide expertise for the maintenance of metadata;
