Are you an experienced organic chemist with a passion for High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE) techniques? If you're excited by challenging, creative chemistry and pioneering equipment, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team in Early Chemical Development at AstraZeneca’s Pharmaceutical Sciences organisation. Based in Macclesfield, you'll be part of a vibrant and growing group of scientists dedicated to synthetic chemistry HTE.

Accountabilities:

As a lab-based Senior Scientist, you'll actively contribute to AstraZeneca’s portfolio of drug projects. In a highly cross-disciplinary environment, you'll use the most appropriate methods for carrying out experimental work to a high standard, including relevant automation. You'll also have the opportunity to be part of external collaborations and publish scientific papers.
