We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a family-run SME based in Saxilby. As an Operations Manager you will be joining the Senior Leadership Team, and will oversee all operational aspects of the strategy, helping set strategic goals and be responsible for the flow of operations information throughout the organisation.

This opportunity will oversee all operation activities of the company (including core production, chemical production, customer repairs, dispatch, logistics, warehousing, Health & Safety and building facilities) to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the senior Leadership team, the Operations Manager will ensure the successful execution and delivery of all orders, managing order processing, quality control, fulfilment, and distribution.
