Our client, a globally recognized electronics brand, is seeking an Insight Analyst to join their team. The role involves supporting the implementation of a new survey platform and developing reporting processes for the organization across Europe for their Customer Service Operations.

Essential Requirements:
• experience with one or more SaaS survey platform technologies (Preference for experience with Qualtrics or Medallia)
• in customer data or statistical analysis
• with customer experience platforms and working with software vendors
