Hours: part time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9-16:30

Purpose of Post: As an Admin Assistant, you'll be integral to the smooth operation of the team at West Wickham and Coulsdon Commons, carrying out various support duties to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk customer service on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 09:00 – 16:30.
• Act as the initial point of contact for all office calls and enquiries.
• Manage deliveries, post, and telephone calls, maintaining accurate records.
