Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked 5 out of 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays.

Our Retail outlets provide 29% of much needed income to the hospice. This is vital to be able to provide the much-needed care to the people of Derbyshire. The hospice has 15 retail shops,1 furniture warehouse a Donation Centre, Clearance shop and 2 Coffee shops! We also have an online eBay/Amazon platform and an online furniture store, It’s a big operation! We are looking for a Retail Shop Manager to join our Retail Team.

The Bakewell Retail Shop Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing the standard and clearance shops situated in Bakewell. The role will involve managing staff, stock management, preparing products as well as the training of staff volunteers.
