Contract: Full Time

Salary: up to £11.44 per hour plus gratuities

You will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to assist in the day-to-day running of the Department / Health Club to ensure that our guests and members needs are met and they are provided exceptional customer service at all times.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Leisure industry.

Some duties and responsibilities include;
• Providing guests and club members with advice on classes and services and answer any queries.
• Responsible for the day to day running of the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception.
• Ensuring the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• All enquiries regarding club membership to be answered promptly and professionally.
• Have a high attention to detail.
