Due to growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team!

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
• Cold calling prospect businesses.
• Shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Client visits and drop ins.
• Interviewing/pre-screening candidates to determine suitability.
• Building strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

What would make a suitable candidate?
• Confidence in making phone calls and speaking to potential clients.
• Driving licence preferred.
• Experience working in a sales/customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
